Nothing needs to be added to or taken away from the natural reality. As such, these encounters do not seek to bring more of anything: understanding, insight, relaxation, wholeness.
Nor do they seek the loss of an ego, a self or anything else.
These encounters indicate that any impression of need, of lack, of ‘there’s something wrong’ is part of the illusion of being someone.
When this illusion seems to collapse, what remains is what has always been, unknown to anyone.
